摘要
目的探讨持续质量改进(continuous quality improvement,CQI)在手术标本缺陷管理中的应用效果。方法对我院2013年1-6月73件手术标本缺陷进行调查分析,针对影响原因,CQI护理小组依据PDCA循环进行手术标本质量持续改进。比较改进前后手术标本缺陷发生率及手术患者、手术医护人员对标本管理的满意度。结果改进后手术标本缺陷发生率0.33%(12/3547),明显低于改进前的2.24%(73/3252),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=49.947,P=0.000);改进后手术患者满意度(92.2%)高于改进前(75.9%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=16.397,P=0.000);手术医护人员满意度(96.2%)也高于改进前(80.8%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=15.23,P=0.000)。结论应用CQI方法,可有效降低手术标本缺陷发生率,提高手术患者、手术医护人员满意度。
Objective To investigate the application effects of the continuous quality improvement( CQI) for surgical specimen defect management. Methods Seventy-three surgical specimen defects during Jan. to Jun. 2013 were investigated and analyzed. In view of the influence reasons,a CQI nursing team continuously improved the quality of surgical specimens according to the PDCA circulation. The rate of specimen defects and the degree of satisfaction for both patients and medical staff were compared before and after the application. Results The incidence of operation pathology specimen defects was significantly reduced from 2. 24 %( 73 /3252) to0. 33%( 12 /3547)( χ^2= 49. 947,P = 0. 0001). Furthermore,the degree of satisfaction of patients was increased from 75. 9% to92. 2%( χ^2= 16. 397,P = 0. 0001) and that of medical staff was enhanced from 80. 8% to 96. 2%( χ^2= 15. 230,P = 0. 0001). Conclusion The application of the CQI will effectively reduce the incidence of the specimen defects,increase the degree of satisfaction for both patients and medical staff.
