木地板蜡水护理剂的配方研究及性能测试

木地板蜡水护理剂是以金属交联丙烯酸系聚合物作为主成膜剂,配合碱溶性树脂、蜡乳液、成膜助剂、润湿剂、增塑剂等配制而成。通过对木地板蜡水护理剂的配方研究及性能测试,结果表明:金属交联丙烯酸系聚合物、碱溶性树脂、蜡这三种原料的干料比对地板蜡水的光泽值有一定的影响,经过优选得出的木地板蜡水护理剂配方有较好的稳定性、光泽度、防水性、抗洗涤性、抗磨蚀性和流平性。

The Sealed Wooden Floor Polish is formulated with mixed - metal acrylic crosspoly-mer, alkali - soluble resin and wax emulsions, plasticizers, the flm-forming agent, and wetting agent ect. The modified acrylic polymer is a main film -forming agent in the formula. The formula of the Sealed Wooden Floor Polish is studied and the effect of the the Sealed Wooden Floor Polish is tested The results show that the rate of solid content of the modified acrylic polymer , alkali-soluble resin and wax affects the gloss of floor used the Sealed Wooden Floor Polish The optimized formula is fairly stable. It is as good as even better than imported floor polish on gloss, water resistance, detergent resistance,wear resistance and leveling.
