摘要
采用系统动力学(System dynamic,SD)软件,并结合系统动力学的科研项目管理模型进行模型的仿真研究。系统动力学的科研项目管理模型是以时间为主线,分别模拟进度、人员、经费、工作质量这四方面发生调整后,对项目工期和经费的影响情况进行系统仿真。
A study on simulated management of scientific projects is conducted by using the software of System Dynamic. The management models of scientific research projects of System Dynamic are simulated according to sequence of time from the aspects of progress,staff,funds,and quality of work,and after the ajustment in the four areas,the influence of the project duration and funding situation will be simulated.
