文化多样性是联合国发展项目的重点研究方向,文化差异是一个历史的变动的概念,其内涵不断变化并表现出广阔的地域多样性,在人群联合体内部也存在不同阶层的主观意向。一般而言,应从文化角度和公民政治社会角度认识多样性群体,进而解决俄罗斯乃至世界上各地区的民族争端。

Cultural diversity is the key research direction of the United Nations development program. The change of cultural differences is a historical concept,whose connotation and changing showed extensive regional diversity and complex internal in the crowd and there is also a subjective intention of different classes. However,in general,from the cultural angle and the citizens＇ political and social diversity perspective group,regional ethnic disputes on Russia and the world should be solved.
