中俄投资合作发展面临的问题

The Problems Confronted in the Cooperation of Chinese and Russian Investment

考察中俄两国在高水平的外贸合作背景下,来自中国的直接投资总量低下问题。指出来自中国的直接投资主要依靠个别的投资项目和不高的投资额度,由此导致投资总额低下和缺乏持续性问题。分析来自中国的直接投资、结构和在俄各个地区的投资指数,结果表明中方对俄西部地区直接投资的主要动机,是通过建设基础设施作为进入俄罗斯市场的路径,为推广来自中国的进口商品提供保障。而对西伯利亚和远东地区的投资则主要是为了获得自然资源。以上两种投资动机都为两国对外贸易的进一步增长提供了动力。

Study in a high level of foreign trade cooperation between China and Russia is under the background of the low amount of direct investment from China. The direct investment from China relies mainly on the individual investment projects and investment is not high,resulting in low investment and a lack of continuity. From the analysis of direct investment from China,structure,and in the various regions of the investment index,the results show that the China on Russia＇s western region of direct investment motive,is through the construction of infrastructure as a path to the Russian market,providing safeguard for the promotion of imports from China. While investing in Siberia and the Far East is mainly in order to obtain natural resources.The above two kinds of investment motives for the further growth of foreign trade between the two countries provide motivation.
