精细化管理与高校师资队伍建设研究——以三明学院为例

The Research on Delicacy Management and the University Teaching Staff Construction——Taking Sanming University as an Example

新建本科院校师资队伍建设关系到院校发展的关键软件,其现状与基本特征决定了要实施更细致的管理。探讨师资队伍精细化管理的可行性,运用精细化管理理论,构建新建本科院校师资队伍建设精细化管理的主要途经与方法,即量化原则育人定位,以人为本全员参与,行政、知识、目标组合,达到高效、高质量的管理。

This paper analyzed the current situation and characteristics of teaching staff in newly established undergraduate colleges. Then it probed into the feasibility of delicacy management in the newly established undergraduate colleges teaching staff construction,and on the basis of the theory of delicacy management,it put forward the ways to carry out the delicacy management in the teaching staff construction.
