摘要
探讨了低温铁素体球墨铸铁的理论基础。详细介绍了低温铁素体球墨铸铁的生产技术,包括化学成分、金相组织、力学性能以及生产流程的控制。成功生产了抗拉强度≥400 MPa,伸长率≥18%,-40℃、-50℃、-60℃时的冲击功大于12 J的低温铁素体球墨铸铁,满足了用户的要求。
The theoretical basis of ferritic ductile iron castings suitable for low temperature service was discussed. The production technologies of ferritic ductile iron castings suitable for low temperature service were introduced, such as chemical compositions, microstructure, mechanical property and work flow. The ferritic ductile iron castings suitable for low temperature service which tensile strength is more than 400 MPa, elongation is more than 18%, impact energy at -40 ℃, -50 ℃, -60 ℃ is more than 12 J were produced successfully, the castings meet the requirements of customers.
