摘要
针对某微型涡轮发动机,运用Pro CAST软件对涡轮的熔模铸造工艺进行数值模拟。通过对铸件充型凝固过程温度场、速度场以及固相分数场的分析,预测铸件产生缺陷的位置与实际铸件吻合。在原工艺基础上进行铸造工艺改进和优化,最终消除了涡轮铸件缺陷。
Aiming at a mini-turbine engine manufacturing, the ProCAST software has been applied to carry out numerical simulation of the investment casting processes of the turbine castings. Through analysis of temperature field, velocity field and solid fraction field of castings during mould filling and solidification processes, the defect positions are predicted and the prediction results are in agreement with the practical castings. The casting technology is improved and optimized on the basis of the original scheme. Finally, the defects of the turbine castings are eliminated.
