摘要
对力学性能不合格的激光焊接铸造试片外观、断口形貌进行观察,对断口组织、硬度等进行检查,并对比同炉性能合格的未焊接试片样品,比较了合格试片的微观组织。分析了该试片性能异常的原因,主要原因在于浇口附件晶粒过于粗大。
The property of a pair of ZTA15 laser beam welding casting samples is lower than the standard requested. The appearance, fracture microstructure and hardness of the samples with abnormal property were studied, and compared with the qualified samples of same melting furnace. The reason of abnormal property was analyzed. The results show that the abnormal property was caused by the coarser grain which was near the ingate.
