摘要 目的探讨泛耐药铜绿假单胞菌血症的抗感染治疗。方法临床药师结合泛耐药铜绿假单胞菌血症患者的药学监护过程与其他泛耐药革兰阴性菌的治疗方案,提出适宜的泛耐药铜绿假单胞菌血症治疗意见。结果与结论当碳青酶烯最低抑菌浓度(MIC)≤8 mg·L-1时,碳青霉烯联用阿米卡星可能是治疗泛耐药铜绿假单胞菌血症的有效方法。 To discuss the anti -infection treatment for extensively drug resistant (XDR) Pseuclomonas aeruginosa bloodstream infection. Methods This article expounded the pharmaceutical care provided by clinical pharmacists in the treatment of the bacteremia caused by XDR Pseudo- monas aeruginosa. The clinical pharmacist put forward to a feasible plan referring to the solution to other bacterium. Results and conclusion When the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was not more than 8 mg· L-l, carbapenems with the combination of amikacin may be an effective method for the XDR Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteremia.
