Pharmaceutical care mode for elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and acute red man syndrome

目的探讨临床药学监护方法,促进药物合理应用。方法临床药师通过参与慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者全程的药学监护,提出在治疗过程中出现红人综合征不良反应的治疗方案。结果与结论临床医师接受药师大部分意见,有效避免了不利的药物相互作用、降低了药物蓄积中毒和发生不良反应等风险。

Objective To explore clinical pharmacy care method and promote reasonable drug application. Methods Clinical pharmacists carried pharmaceutical care on patients with chronic obstructive pulmona- ry disease and proposed a strategy for dealing with the occurrence of red man syndrome. Results and Conclusion Most clinical physicians ac- cept proposals from pharmacists, so the drug inter - actions were effec- tively avoided, and the risk to develop accumulation of drug poisoning and adverse reactions was reduced.
