摘要
急性肺损伤（ ALI）是重症监护病房最常见的急危重症，由肺内外各种因素引起肺泡上皮细胞（ AEC）和肺毛细血管内皮细胞损伤，造成急性肺水肿，导致顽固性低氧血症，甚者并发严重呼吸衰竭。近年来研究发现，钙离子在细胞凋亡中发挥着重要的作用，本文就钙离子与ALI肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞（ AECⅡ）凋亡作以下论述。
Acute lung injury is the most common emergency and severe case in intensive care unit.Injury to alveolar epithelial and pulmonary capillary cells induced by numerous intrapulmonary and extrapulmonary factors leads to acute pulmonary edema and refractory hypoxemia, even respiratory failure.Recent studies revealed that calcium play a vital role in cell apoptosis.We review the resent studies on the role of calcium in apoptosis of alveolar type II epithelial cells in this article.
