影响院外心脏骤停复苏成功因素的研究进展

Research progresses on the factors that affect successful resuscitation of out-of-hospital cardiac arrests

院外心脏骤停是严重的公共健康问题，是导致死亡的重要原因。心脏骤停一旦发生，救治成活率极低。在院外能否成功复苏，涉及生存链上的各个环节。近年来研究发现，患者的初始心律、是否有原发病、能否早期识别、按压的质量、心肺复苏设备运用、除颤效果以及高级生命支持等诸多因素决定复苏成功与否，本文就此加以综述。

Out -of -hospital cardiac arrest is a serious public health issue, and it is an important factor leading to death.Survival from cardiac arrest is very poor.Outcomes after out-of-hospital cardiac arrest depends on the links in the chain of Survival.In recent years, it has been found that there are many factors which influence survival after out-of-hospital cardiac arrest which present rhythm, primary disease, early identification, early CPR, early defibrillation and appropriate advanced life support.Here, this paper will be a review of these factors that influence the survival of out-of-hospital cardiac arrests.
