摘要 核转录因子-KB(NF—KB)是一种多效性的转录因子,其受细胞因子、趋化因子、氧化应激、细菌脂多糖等刺激而活化后,参与机体炎症反应、免疫反应、细胞凋亡和肿瘤等多种生物进程。大量研究证明,NF—KB信号通路通过介导多种细胞因子的表达参与了急性肺损伤、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺纤维化等肺部炎症疾病。因此,本文就NF—KB信号通路与肺部炎症疾病的发生、发展及作用机制做一简要的综述,希望为NF—KB成为治疗肺部炎症疾病作用靶点提供有用的信息。 NF - KB is a pleiotropic transcription factor, which is activated by the stimulation of cytokines, chemokines, oxidative stress, such as bacterial lipopolysaccharide. And it involved in many kinds of biological processes such as inflammation, immune response, apoptosis, and cancer. Numerous studies have demonstrated that NF - KB signaling pathway involves in acute lung injury, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary fibrosis and other pulmonary inflammatory diseases by mediating the expression of multiple cytokines. Therefore, the article makes a brief review on the relation of the NF - KB signaling pathway and the occurrence, development and mechanism of lung inflammatory diseases. It can provide useful information for the NF - KB signaling pathway becoming the treatment target of pulmonary inflammatory disease.
