调查了摇动座的实际运用情况,对其裂纹进行了复探与分析,并对探伤发现的裂纹摇动座进行了多种形式的强度试验,掌握了摇动座的实际使用与强度寿命情况,这对摆式货车转向架的安全运用以及其检修规程的合理制定具有一定意义。
The practical operation of the swing seats is investigated.The cracking is redetected and analyzed.Several types of strength tests are made for the swing seats with cracks found in flaw detection.The practical operation and strength service life of the swing seats are obtained.This has certain significance to the safety operation of swing motion freight car bogies as well as the reasonable setting up of the code for inspection and repair.
