FENG Xinghua's Experience in the Treatment of Primary Biliary Cirrhosis

原发性胆汁性肝硬化(PBC)病因病机复杂,合并症状繁多,目前尚无有效治疗方法。冯兴华教授治疗该病时辨证独到,贯通中西,用药精巧。主要介绍了冯兴华教授运用疏肝利胆、健运脾胃、清热利湿、行水逐瘀、滋补肝肾等法治疗PBC的经验。

The disease causes and patho-mechanisms of primary biliary cirrhosis（ PBC） are complicated with various symptoms. At present,there is no effective treatment. To treat this disease,Professor FENG Xinghua has unique approach in pattern differentiation and exquisitely formulated medication that integrate Chinese and western medicine. This paper introduces his experience in treating PBC by soothing the liver and gallbladder,invigorating the spleen and stomach,clearing away heat and promoting dampness,moving water and dispelling stasis,and tonifying liver and kidney.
