补肾疏肝汤配合黄体酮胶丸治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的临床研究

Clinical studies of Bushen Shugan decoction with progesterone capsules treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding

目的：观察补肾疏肝汤配合黄体酮胶丸对围绝经期子宫功能性出血患者的疗效。方法：将2011年3月至～2014年3月在我院诊治的患者70例，随机分为对照组及治疗组各35例，两组患者我们均给予刮宫治疗，而对照组则在刮宫治疗后给予黄体酮胶丸治疗，治疗组给予黄体酮胶丸配合中药补肾疏肝汤治疗，3个周期后比较两组患者临床效果。结果：对照组有效率为63．9％，治疗组的有效率88．6％，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：补肾疏肝汤配合黄体酮胶丸治疗围绝经期子宫功能性出血疗效确切，且不良反应少，复发率低，值得临床应用。

Objective：To observe the effect of Bushen Shugan decoction with progesterone capsules treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding .Methods ：March 2011 to March 2014 in our hospital 70 patients were ran‐domly divided into a control group and treatment group each 35 cases ,two groups of patients were given curettage treat‐ment ,while the control group after curettage treatment progesterone capsules given treatment ,the treatment group re‐ceived progesterone capsules with Bushen Shugan Decoction ,after three cycles were compared in patients with clinical effect .Results ：The control group’s efficiency was 63 .9% and 88 .6% in treatment group ,the treatment group than the control group ,the difference was statistically significant （P＆lt;0 .05） .Conclusion：Bushen Shugan decoction with proges‐terone capsules treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding has good efficacy ,and adverse reactions ,low recurrence rate , it’s worthy of clinical application .
