摘要
开展无级变速器(CVT)及汽车无级变速器油(CVTF)技术分析,对CVTF进行评价测试,分析主要技术指标与台架试验及实际应用效果的相关性,探讨CVTF的摩擦学特性,指出CVTF不但要有良好的润滑特性,还必须有适当的摩擦力(摩擦因数),以达到既能降低能耗、减少磨损,同时又能满足牵引能力和提高动力传递效率的目的。
The technical analysis of continuous variable transmission (CVT)and continuous variable transmission fluids (CVTF) was studied.The property of CVTF was evaluated by test, and thecorrelation between key indicators, bench test and practical application was analyzed.The tribological property of CVTF was discussed.It was pointed that good lubricating properties and appropriate friction (friction coefficient) were both necessary to meet towing capacity and improve power transmission efficiency.
