基于路面加权因子的油液监测重型车辆可靠性试验研究

摘要 传统的重型车辆的可靠性试验方案依据经验制定,缺少车辆磨损数据的量化指标。对车辆动力传动系统在不同路面的油液磨损光谱元素浓度进行分析,确定路面起伏程度对动力传动系统磨损可靠性的影响因子;提出基于路面影响因子的油液灰色理论可靠性预测方法,预测动力传动系统的磨损寿命,并和实际试验数据进行对比分析,验证模型的正确性。基于路面影响因子的油液灰色理论可靠性预测方法,可制定出基于量化指标的合理的重型车辆试验方案。 The traditional reliability test scheme of the heavy vehicles is depended on the experience, which was lack of quantitative index of wear data of the vehicles.Through analyzing the wear elements concentration of oil spectroscopic anal- ysis for vehicular power transmission system on different roads, the impact factors of different road surface on the wear reli- ability of vehicular power transmission system was determined.A new method was given to the reliability prediction of vehicular power transmission system based on oil grey theory of road impact factors.The wear life of vehicular power transmission system was predicted, and was compared with the actual test data,which validated the correctness of model.The reliable predication method based on oil grey theory of road surface impact factors can make a rational test scheme of the heavy vehicles based on quantitative index.
