三株乳酸杆菌益生及免疫特性研究

Study on Probiotic and Immunological Properties of Three Strains of Lactobacillus

摘要 试验以副干酪乳杆菌KLDS1.0351、植物乳杆菌KLDS1.0985及KLDS1.0986为对象,探究其耐人工胃液、肠液、耐胆盐能力及三株菌株对脾淋巴细胞增殖的影响。结果表明,三株菌株耐人工胃液、耐人工肠液和耐胆盐能力良好,副干酪乳杆菌KLDS1.0351强于植物乳杆菌KLDS1.0985和KLDS1.0986。乳酸杆菌对脾淋巴细胞活性的影响随活菌数量的增加而增大。活菌数为107 CFU/m L时,对脾淋巴细胞活性的影响为KLDS1.0986>KLDS1.0351>KLDS1.0985;KLDS1.0351对脾淋巴细胞的增殖具有较好的促进作用,而KLDS1.0985和KLDS1.0986两株菌株只有活菌数达到107 CFU/m L时才有促进作用。 Lactobacillus paracasei KLDS1.0351,Lactobacillus plantarum KLDS1.0985 and Lactobacillus plantarum KLDS1.0986 were regarded as the research subject,study their artificial gastric juice,intestinal juice and bile salts,and evaluate the effect of them on the proliferation of spleen lymphocytes.Results demonstrated that three lactobacillus had strong tolerance to artificial gastric juice,intestinal juice and bile salts.KLDS 1.0351 was better than KLDS 1.0985 and KLDS 1.0986.Spleen lymphocyte proliferation activity increased with the increase of the number of viable cells.When Lactobacillus strain suspension reached 10^7 CFU/mL,the effect degree of three lactobacillus on spleen lymphocyte activity was KLDS 1.0986KLDS1.0351KLDS 1.0985.KLDS 1.0351 had the best promoting effect on spleen lymphocytes,and KLDS 1.0985 and KLDS 1.0986 had promoting effect only when strain suspension was at 10^7 CFU/mL.
