异甘草酸镁联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗成人传染性单核细胞增多症的疗效分析

Efficacy of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate Injection plus Vidarabine Monophosphate Injection for Infectious Mononucleosis Syndrome in Adults

目的探讨异甘草酸镁联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗成人传染性单核细胞增多症的临床效果。方法选取传染性单核细胞增多症患者120例,按数字表法随机分为两组。治疗组在对症治疗的基础上应用异甘草酸镁联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗,对照组给予阿昔洛韦联合葡醛内酯片治疗,疗程均为2周。观察两组治疗前后的临床体征的变化及肝功能恢复情况。结果治疗组在临床疗效和症状改善方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论异甘草酸镁联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗成人传染性单核细胞增多症能明显缩短热程和肝功能恢复时间,疗效显著,作用安全,值得临床推广应用。

OBJECTIVE ：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection plus vidarabine monophosphate injection for infectious mononucleosis syndrome in adults. METHODS： 120 patients with infectious mononucleosis syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with the treatment group treated with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection plus vidarabine monophosphate injection while the control group with acyclovir for injection plus glucurolactone tablets. After treatment of two weeks, the clinical symptoms and the recovery of liver function recovery in both groups were evaluated. RESULTS： The clinical efficacy and symptom improvement were better in the treatment group than in the control group, with statistically significant differences noted between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. CONCLUSIONS ： As compared with control group, magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection plus vidarabine monophosphate injection resulted in better efficacy and safety yet shorter duration of treatment and shorter time to recovery of liver function in treatment of adults with infectious mononucleosis syndrome, which thus is worthy of clinical recommendation.
