柯氏和CIPP模型评价临床药师培训效果的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:应用柯式和CIPP(亦称为决策导向型评价)模型评价江西省人民医院(以下简称"我院")培训基地临床药师的培训效果,以期逐步提高临床药师培训质量。方法:以柯氏和CIPP模型为导向,从培训前培训过程中、培训后3个阶段构建培训效果评价体系,结合理论闭卷考试和问卷调查法,对临床药师培训效果进行评估。结果:学员培训前、后理论考核成绩比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。知识技能、相关态度培训前后自评分值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),即培训后这些项目的知识技能水平、相关态度得到了提高。培训过程中学员在不同阶段对培训项目总的反应和感受比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),培训过程中的3个阶段学习结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。主管领导、同事和医护人员对学员培训结束后工作表现的评价改善率较高的项目包括专业知识(65.51%/67.24%)、对待患者态度(55.17%/65.51%)、责任心(51.72%/67.24%)、主动性(51.72%/60.34%)。结论:柯氏和CIPP模型能够对培训质量进行全方位的评估,使培训工作形成了一个螺旋式上升,实现了培训工作的持续改进。 OBJECTIVE : To evaluate the training effect on clinical pharmacists in Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital (our hospital ) by using Kirkpatrick model and CIPP model in order to improve the quality of training on clinical phal^nacists. METHODS: Guided by Kirkpatrick model and CIPP model plus, closed-book theoretical exam and questionnaire survey, an evaluation system consisting of pre-training stage, ongoing training stage and post-training stage was constructed for evaluation of the training effect on clinical pharmacists. RESULTS: There was significant difference in trainees' theory before and after training (P 〈 0. 05). Significant differences were also noted in the self-rated scores on knowledge, skills and the related attitude before and after training (P 〈 0. 05 ), with knowledge, skills and the related attitude improved after training. There were significant differences in trainees' total response and feeling toward the training projects and across the three different training stages (P 〈 0. 05). Leading the list in terms of improvement rate in the evaluation made by the person-in-charge, colleagues, physicians and nurses on trainees' job performance after the training completion included trainees' professional knowledge (65.5% vs 67.2% ), attitude toward patients (55.2% vs 65.5% ), responsibility (51.7% vs 67.2% ) and initiatives (51.7% vs 60. 3% ). CONCLUSIONS: Kirkpatrick model and CIPP model resulted in omnibearing evaluation on the training effect on clinical pharmacists and spiral and continuous improvement of the training quality.
