埋地金属管道阴极保护参数野外监测系统的设计 被引量:4

摘要 针对埋地金属管道受土壤环境不同而被腐蚀的现象,该文设计了金属管道阴极保护参数远程监测系统,为管道的保护提供了参考依据。该监测系统以Cortex-M3内核的微控制器STM32为核心,采用GPRS作为数据传输单元,将埋地金属管道的各项参数(通电电位、断电电位、交流电位、自腐蚀电位)采集后发送回监测中心,监测中心对数据进行综合分析与处理,从而得出被监测管道的受保护状态。系统设计了专用的电源管理模块,以弥补野外供电不足这一缺陷。因此,系统在休眠模式下的电流仅为180μA,在采用16000 m Ah的锂电池供电的情况下,系统的理论工作时间可达5.6 a,满足野外监测系统的需要。 In view of the phenomenon that the buried metal pipeline was corrosion by different soil environment,this paper presents a remote monitoring system of the metal pipeline based on cathodic protection parameters,providing reference for the protection of the pipeline. The core of the monitoring system is STM32 Cortex-M3 core micro con- troller,using GPRS as the unit of data transmission,collecting the parameters of buried metal pipeline(on potential,off potential,AC potential ,the corrosion potential)and sending back to the monitoring center,integrated analysis and pro- cessing of the data in the monitoring center,thus draws the protected status of the monitored pipeline. In order to adapt to the field of power shortage,power management module was specially designed. In the sleep mode the cur- rent of the system was only 180 p,A. Therefore,for a 16000 mAh lithium battery as the power supply,the theoretical working time can be up to 5.6 years and it meets the needs of the field monitoring system.
