摘要
传统的供水方式存在着水压不稳定,能源浪费等一系列缺点。该文设计了基于PLC和变频器控制的恒压供水系统。压力传感器将采集的出水口压力反馈给控制器,控制器运用模糊PID控制算法,经运算后,将控制水泵转速的信号输送给变频器,从而控制供水压力,实现了闭环控制。为实现运行过程的可视化,在触摸屏上组态了人机交互系统,实时显示系统运行状况。经实际运行证明,所设计的变频恒压供水系统操作简单、可靠性高,节能效果显著,具有良好的动态和静态性能。
Traditional water-supply system has some shortcomings,such as pressure fluctuation,energy waste and so on. In the paper,constant pressure water-supply system was designed based on PLC and inverter control. The pres- sure sensor collects the water pressure and transmits it to the controller. The controller transmits the analog signals to the inverter based on fuzzy PID algorithms,consequently,the water pressure can be regulated to meet the require- ment to achieve a closedloop control. In order to implement visualization of the state of the system ,human-machine- interface was configured on the touch panel. Through practical running of the system for several months,it was proved that the system has some advantages,such as simple operation,high reliability,energy-saving,perfect dynamic and static performance and so on.
