光谱仪数据实时自动传输与多点网络监测系统

摘要 直读光谱仪可对金属材料进行快速检测分析,多用于冶金和机械制造业。在冶金行业常用来对炉前的样本快速测量,以便控制产品质量。通常直读光谱仪在电脑控制下可直接得到被测量样本的金属元素成分数据并留存在本机,供本地显示或者打印,再通过人工处理才能转入后续的生产流程和数据分析。该论文结合钢铁企业的技术改造工程,论述了利用网络直接远程读取直读光谱仪样本数据,免除了人工处理环节,实现了样本数据实时自动传输和实时多点网络监测,实现有关生产管理部门的实时数据共享,满足质量管理的及时统计和分析。 Direct reading spectrometer for quantitative measurement of metallic elements, used in metallurgy and mechanical man- ufacturing. Rapid measurement of the sample used to blast furnace in metallurgical industry, in order to control the quality of products. Usually under the direct reading spectrometer computer-controlled metal elements can be measured directly from the sample composition data and retained locally for local display or print, you need to manually handle into subsequent production processes and data analysis. The paper combines steel enterprise transformation projects, discusses the use of network direct re- mote read direct reading spectrometer sample data, eliminating the manual processing sectors, to achieve a real-time sample data and real-time multi-point automatic transmission network monitoring, production management departments to achieve the rele- vant Real-time data sharing, meet timely statistical and analytical quality management.
