2009—2013年内蒙古精神卫生中心抗抑郁药应用分析

Utilization of Antidepressants in Inner Mongolia Mental Health Center during 2009-2013

目的:了解内蒙古精神卫生中心(以下简称"我院")抗抑郁药的临床使用情况及发展趋势,为该类药物的研究、生产、临床合理应用提供参考。方法:以限定日剂量(DDD)为指标,对2009—2013年我院使用的抗抑郁药的品种、用量、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)及限定日费用(DDC)等进行统计、分析。结果:我院抗抑郁药的销售总金额及DDDs均逐年增加,分别从2009年的502.5万元、76.11上升至2013年的1 097.60万元、146.37。新型抗抑郁药的增长率明显高于经典抗抑郁药。结论:我院抗抑郁药的使用量逐年递增,5-羟色胺再摄取抑制(SSRI)占主导地位,度洛西汀、瑞波西汀等新型抗抑郁药的应用前景广阔。

OBJECTIVE： To analyze the utilization and developmental tendency of antidepressants in Inner Mongolia Mental Health Center （ hereinafter referred to as “hospital”） so as to provide references for the research , production and clinical application of these drugs .METHODS： The types , consumption amount , consumption sum , medication frequency （ DDDs） and the defined daily cost of the antidepressants in our hospital during 2009-2013 were analyzed, with the defined daily dose （ DDD） as an indicator .RESULTS：The total consumption sum and total DDDs of antidepressants in our hospital increased year by year ,respectively, rose from 5.025 million Yuan, 76.11 in 2009 to 10.976 million Yuan ,146.37 in 2013 .The neo-type antidepressants showed significantly higher growth rate than did the classical ones .CONCLUSIONS：The consumption amount of antidepressants in our hospital increased year by year , with 5-serotoin reuptake inhibitor medicines （ SSRIs ） showing dominant position; the use of the new antidepressants including duloxetine and Reboxetine enjoys broad prospects .
