卫生费用分析研究进展及对我国卫生费用核算的启示

Progress of research on health account and the enlightenment from it

目的:通过探讨国内外卫生费用分析进展情况,为我国卫生费用核算提供参考和借鉴。方法:查阅相关文献,归纳汇总国际卫生费用的统计学和经济学分析方法和相关研究领域,以及我国卫生费用分析研究的现状,对比国内外卫生费用核算进展情况,探讨对我国卫生费用核算的启示。结果:卫生费用分析研究主要集中于研究方法,筹资比例构成,影响因素和趋势几个方面。我国卫生费用核算方法缺乏创新性,研究内容较为集中。结论:我国应拓展卫生费用研究方法,加强统计学方法的使用,同时应丰富卫生费用研究内容。

Objective To explore the progress of health account analysis at home and abroad,and provide references for health accounting in China. Methods International statistics and economic analysis methods on health account were summarized from relevant literatures. And the status of research in health account analysis in China was analyzed. Results Health account research focused on methods,composition of financing proportion,influencing factors and trends. In China,health accounting methods need to be further innovated and extended. Conclusion The methods and contents of health accounting research in China need to be further extended.
