连锁药店承接社区医疗机构门诊药房职能的可行性探索

Studying on the feasibility of chain drugstores taking the function to outpatient pharmacy of community medical institutions

目的:分析连锁药店承接社区医疗机构门诊药房职能的可行性,为推进基层公立医院医药分开提供参考。方法:构建药房职能运行的综合评价指标,对比评价连锁药店承接社区医疗机构门诊药房的各项软硬条件。结果与结论:连锁药店已总体具备承接社区医疗机构门诊药房职能的能力,但在计算机系统建设、执业药师配备、药事服务活动开展等方面需进一步加强。

Objective To analyze the feasibility of chain drugstores taking the function to outpatient pharmacy of community medical institutions,and provide references for promoting the separation of medical treatments from drug sales. Methods Comprehensive index system of pharmacy＇s functions was established. And the software and hardware of chain drugstores with outpatient pharmacy of community medical institutions were compared. Results and Conclusion The chain drugstores have the capacity of taking the function to outpatient pharmacy of community medical institutions,but should be further strengthened in construction of computer system,licensed pharmacist and pharmaceutical care.
