公平正义视阈下城乡公共卫生资源配置研究:基于江西省的实证分析

Research Urban-rural Public Health Resource Allocation under the Perspective of Fairness and Justice: Based on An Empirical Analysis of Jiangxi Province

城乡公共卫生资源配置的失衡已经成为制约广大农民平等共享经济发展成果的一个重要原因,是城乡发展不公平的重要体现。因此,应在公平正义价值观指导下系统分析城乡公共卫生资源配置相关问题。通过实证考察江西省城乡公共卫生资源配置的公平状态,发现在筹资、公共卫生物资资源、公共卫生人力资源等方面的不公平影响了城乡居民的健康公平。

Public health resource allocation imbalance between urban and rural areas has become an important reason of restricting the broad masses of farmers to equally share economic development achievement,and an important embodiment of unfair for urban-rural development. So we should systematically analysis urban and rural public health resource allocation issues under the guidance of the values of fairness and justice. Through empirical investigation in Jiangxi province,we found that the unfair of financing,public health material resources and public health human resources between the urban and rural areas had affected the urban and rural residents health equity.
