摘要
根据卫计委全国医疗服务调查数据,选取广西、陕西、重庆西部三省(市、区)的县级公立中医医院数据为统计调研对象,旨在调查西部农村地区中医药服务的费用情况。通过跟全国中医医院总体水平和跟综合医院(不包括中医综合医院)进行对比,调查中医是否具有"廉"的优势。结果显示试点地区县级中医医院诊疗费用逐年上涨,但上涨幅度呈下降趋势,除重庆外,广西、陕西就诊费用均低于全国水平。中医医院较综合医院诊疗费用低廉优势显著。从经济、政策环境和医院主观趋利性方面分析费用上涨原因,并从中医诊疗特点分析中医医院较综合医院费用低廉的原因,并提出建议。
According to the data of national medical service survey of National Health and Family Commission,data of county-level public traditional Chinese medical hospitals in Guangxi,Shanxi,Chongqing are extracted as the statistical research object,which aims at the investigation on whether the cost of Chinese medicine service in western rural region still have the advantage of cheapness. The degree of cheapness of traditional Chinese medicine is investigated by the comparison of general hospitals and the overall level of national Chinese medicine hospitals. The statistical result shows that clinical cost of county-level Chinese medicine hospitals in pilot regions rise year by year,but in a downtrend,except Chongqing,the clinical cost in Guangxi and Shanxi is lower than national level. Then an analysis is made on the reason of rising in fees from aspects of economy,policy environment and subjective trend towards the profit,and the reason that the cost in Chinese medicine hospitals is lower than general hospitals from the characteristics of TCM diagnosis and treatment,then the suggestions are provided.
