摘要
目的:探讨影响学龄前儿童精神和行为状况的家庭养育方面的因素。方法:采用完全随机抽样方法在山东省高唐县抽取8个幼儿园共735名学龄前儿童作为研究对象,使用自制问卷和SDQ量表进行学龄前儿童相关信息以及精神和行为状况的测评;利用Epidata3.1进行数据录入,SPSS19.0软件进行统计分析。结果:共收集有效问卷701份,量表得分均值为(17.6371±5.022),分析结果显示,学龄前儿童精神和行为状况在儿童家庭养育情况方面的影响因素为家庭养育负担、监护人对子女体罚的应用以及监护人对抚养子女的信心。结论:儿童家庭养育情况的众多方面会对其精神和行为状况造成影响,应有针对性地开展家庭养育教育,改善儿童家庭养育情况促进学龄前儿童精神行为健康发展。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors about family parenting of mental and behavioral conditions of preschoolers. Methods The sample were chosen by using Completely random sampling method( 735 cases in Shandong,Gao Tang) and was interviewed with both self-made questionnaire and SDQ scale. The data were entered with Epidata 3. 1 and statistically analyzed with SPSS19. 0. Results A total of effective questionnaires collected were 701 and the mean value of SDQ scale was( 17. 6371 ± 5.022). The impact factors about mental and behavioral conditions of preschoolers were family parenting burden,the application of corporal punishment and the parent's self-confidence. Conclusions The factors about family parenting affecting the mental and behavioral conditions of preschoolers are multiple. Educating family parenting targetly,and improving the situation of family parenting to guarantee mental and behavioral of preschoolers developt healthly.
