摘要 杏鲍菇属于低温结实菌类,是一种耐旱、适度好气的珍稀食用菌。它的生长繁殖过程是一个高级的物质生命运动过程,原基形成阶段,杏鲍菇对栽培环境中的温度、湿度以及CO2浓度等关键因子尤为敏感。为了形成杏鲍菇周年栽培过程中环境因子有效的调控机制,借助传感器、STC12C5A60S2单片机、NRF905无线射频模块以及Lab VIEW上位机软件,研究开发了西北地区适用的珍稀食用菌栽培环境数字化信息监控平台,对关键环境因子进行自动、精准、远程、无线及分布式的监控,并对其数据进行实时存储。为设施环境下杏鲍菇生长发育模型的建立和节能型调控策略的形成提供了有效的技术支持,进而提升了杏鲍菇的栽培品质与产量。 Pleurotus eryngii belonged to the low temperature solid fungus,which was a kind of rare edible fungi drought, moderate aerobic. Growth and reproduction process of it was a matter of life sports advanced process, especially in the formative stages of primordia. Pleurotus eryngii was particularly sensitive to the key factor in the environment,such as temperature, humidity and concentration of CO2. In order to form the effective mechanism of regulation for control of the environmental factors in the process of Pleurotus eryngii anniversary cultivation, in this paper, the digital information monitoring platform for cultivation environment of rare edible fungus in northwest area were studied and developed, based on the sensor, microcontroller STC12C5A60S2, NRF905 wireless RF module and software of PC Lab VIEW. It was achieved to automatic, accurate, wireless and distributed monitor the key environmental factors and its real-time data stored automatically. It provided an effective technical support for Pleurotus eryngii growth in the facility environment to establish growth model and format energy saving control strategy, so as to improve the quality and yield of Pleurotus eryngii cultivation.
