摘要
在长期干旱、多风、少雨气候条件作用下,岩体结构会发生变化,岩体内会有大量的节理和裂隙,爆破作业时,岩石大块率高,爆堆不规整,飞石伤人事故经常发生。在爆破试验基础上,设计采用不对称的”V”型斜线逐孔毫秒微差起爆网路,大区深孔爆破,可以增加自由面,环向拉应力和径向拉应力作用效果明显。本文通过黑山露天煤矿非构造裂隙爆破理论与实践,使岩石爆破大块率降低5%~7%,大大提高爆破效果。
The structure of rock mass will change under long‐time drought ,little rain ,windy climate conditions .There will be lots of joints and cracks in rock mass ,so when blasting ,it may appear that high block rate ,blasting pile irregular ,flying wounding accidents and so on .Based on the blasting test ,the design adopts the asymmetric “V” type oblique hole to hole millisecond blasting network .The large area of deep hole blasting can increase the free surface ,and the circumferential tensile stress and radial tensile stress apparent effect . In this paper ,through the theory and practice of non constructing fracture blasting of Montenegro open pit mine , the rock blasting block rate reduced 5% ~7% ,greatly improve the blasting effect .
