摘要
本研究的目的是在现行常规工艺的基础上进一步提高鳞片石墨的大片产率。提高鳞片石墨大片产率的关键是降低选矿过程中已经单体解离石墨片的破坏率。现行工艺对于保护石墨大片效果显著,但仍存在已单体解离石墨片被过磨破坏的问题;针对此问题,本文提出了利用浮选速度差异提高鳞片石墨大片产率的研究新思路并据此提出了鳞片石墨浮选新工艺。通过新工艺和常规工艺的试验对比,发现新工艺能够使石墨精矿+50目产率提高12.33%,+100目产率提高6.63%;同时,石墨精矿的回收率和品位也得到提高。本研究试验数据可为提高鳞片石墨大片产率的生产实践提供一定的参考依据。
This paper is aiming at increasing the big scale graphite production of the current graphite flotation technology .The key to higher big scale production is to decrease losses of liberated graphite scales in the process .The current flotation technology can protect big scales effectively ,but it still has the defect of liberated big scale losses due to overgrinding .To overcome this shortcoming ,this paper has proposed a new idea of exploiting the flotation speed difference to increase the production of big scale graphite ,and proposed a new flotation technology accordingly .It is found that the new technology can increase the production of plus mesh 50 and plus mesh 100 in the graphite concentrate by 12 .33% and 6 .63% respectively ,comparing with current technology .The new technology can also increase the recovery and grade of the concentrate . The test data can provide some reference for the flotation practice of scale graphite to increase production of big scale g raphite .
