锂离子电池模型极化误差的修正方法

摘要 以锂电池为研究对象,采用电流脉冲,对Thevenin模型参数进行辨识,考察了不同工况下该模型的仿真精度。发现特定工况下,模型极化误差较大。采用充放电实验数据对模型参数进行修正,并建立新的状态方程。改进后的Thevenin模型在恒流和变电流工况下均能达到较高仿真精度,电压误差维持在0.016 V以内。 The Li-ion battery was taken as research object, and the parameters in Thevenin model were identified by using current pulses. The simulation precision of battery model was investigated under different work conditions. It was found that the polarization error of battery model was obvious at particular conditions. Therefore, model parameters were amended according to experimental data, and the new equations of state were established. The improved Thevenin model had high precision under both constant-current and variable-current conditions, and the voltage error was within 0.016 V.
