摘要
针对电压单环SPWM单相逆变器在非线性负载条件下的响应较慢,以及在大功率条件下开关频率不宜过高等问题,采用电压外环、电流内环的控制算法,结合单极性倍频SPWM调制方式,使逆变器动态响应明显提高,并且利用较低开关频率,得到畸变率低的输出电压波形。基于DSP数字技术,对电源系统实现前级Boost方式的DC/DC变换、后级SPWM方式的DC/AC逆变。研制了一台10 k W的车载单相逆变器工程样机,实验结果表明,整个控制系统稳定可靠,电气性能满足技术要求。
The problems of slow response of non-linear load in the single-phase inverter using voltage closed-loop SPWM and the lower switching-frequencyunder the condition of high power were considered. The control algorithm based on the outer voltage loop and the inner current loop was adopted, which improved the dynamic response of the inverter distinctly. Further, combining the unipolar frequency doubling SPWM modulation and the lower switching frequency, output voltage waveforms with lower distortion was got. Based on the DSP digital-tech, the DC/DC conversion using Boost model was applied to the preceding stage of the whole power system, and the backward stage was used the SPWM DC/AC inversion. At last, a type of vehicle-mounted single-phase inverter with 10 k W was designed. The experimental results show that the control system is steady and reliability, and the technology needs can be satisfied by its electricity performance.
