中心城区产业发展的分析及对策研究——以江苏省无锡市崇安区为例

Analysis and Research on Industry Development of Central Urban Areas——A Case Study of Wuxi Chong'an District

当前经济社会转型升级不断加速,在此背景下,地处城市中心、土地空间相对紧张的中心城区如何破解土地、能源、人口和环境等制约瓶颈,走出一条中心城区经济可持续发展的新路子,已经成为一项极具紧迫性的重要课题。崇安区作为无锡的中心城区和老城区,在探索产业转型升级的道路方面很有代表性。本文通过分析崇安区产业发展面临的机遇和挑战,探求产业发展方向,提出产业发展对策,对于中心城区如何实现产业转型升级、实现GDP的持续增长具有借鉴意义。

The economic and social transformation and upgrading is speeding up. In this context, it has become important and urgent for central urban areas located in city centres to find a new way of sustainable development with the restriction of energy, human resourses and environment. As the central urban area of Wuxi city,Chong＇an district has good representative meaning in the exploration of industry transformation and upgrading.This article analysed the opportunities and threats, explored the direction, and advanced the countermeasures of industry development in Chong＇an District, which may help central urban areas realize the industry transformation and upgrading as well as the sustainable growth of GDP.
