摘要
通过竞争情报方法来识别和评价中国市场的"隐形冠军",在判定标准上主要将市场地位、销售额和外界知名度3个指标通过定量化的形式重新定义,在评价方法上选取竞争情报中的指标分解法、层次分析法和对标方法逐级深入对"隐形冠军"企业进行评价。
This paper tries to identify and evaluate"hidden champions"in China based on the method of competitive intelligence. The judgment standard mainly redefines the 3 indicators of market position,sales and external popularity through quantification. The paper selects evaluation methods of index decomposition,AHP and benchmarking from competitive intelligence to evaluate the "hidden champions"enterprises step by step.
