基于引用内容性质的引文评价研究

Research on the Citation Evaluation Based on Citation Context Nature

文章从引用内容分析角度提出一种引文评价方法,通过引用内容性质分析,提出引文评价的3个指标,分别是正面引用、负面引用和中性引用。以Pub Med Central全文数据库为数据来源,实现了对引用内容的获取、存储与检索过程,并以此为基础,构建一个基于引用内容的引文评价平台。

This paper proposes a citation evaluation method from the perspective of citation context analysis. Based on the analysis of citation context nature,the paper puts forward 3 indicators of citation evaluation,including positive citation,negative citation and neutral citation. Taking the Pub Med Central full-text database as the data source,the paper realizes the acquisition,storage and retrieval of citation context. And on the basis of this,the paper constructs a citation evaluation platform based on citation context.
