基于核心—边缘结构的开放存取期刊评价分析

Analysis of Open Access Journal Evaluation Based on Core-Periphery Structure

以同被期刊引用报告(Journal Citation Reports)和Scimago期刊排名(Scimago Journal Rank)收录的,来源于开放存取期刊目录(Directory of Open Access Journals)的医学开放存取期刊为数据源,构建84种医学开放存取期刊引文矩阵,利用社会网络分析法中的核心—边缘结构理论对84种医学开放存取期刊进行分析。使用Ucinet软件计算各期刊的核心度,并构建其核心—边缘结构模型以划分出核心、半核心和非核心期刊。研究结果表明,核心度不可单独用于评价开放存取期刊,但是,核心—边缘结构分析对开放存取核心期刊选取具有一定的参考价值。

Taking the open access journal of medical science from Directory of Open Access Journals which recorded both in Journal Citation Reports and Scimago Journal Rank as the data source,this paper constructs citation matrix of 84 kinds of medical open access journal and uses the core-periphery structure theory of social network analysis to analyze the 84 kinds of medical open access journal. The paper uses Ucinet software to calculate the coreness of each journal and constructs the core-periphery structure model to divide journals into core,semi-core and non-core journal. The research result shows that corenesss cannot be used to evaluate open access journal separately,however,core-periphery structure analysis has a certain reference value in the selection of core open access journal.
