摘要
利用高速铁路经营快递业务是提高高速铁路经济效益的重要途径,也是拓展高速铁路市场、开发高速铁路新产品的重要措施。从快递市场发展趋势及空间分布出发,在综合分析国外高速铁路承运快递进展情况的基础上,提出了我国高速铁路承运快递的几种可行模式。并根据铁路运输网络建设与市场分布特征,系统分析了中国高速铁路经营快递业务的潜在优势,针对提高铁路快递市场容量,提出了若干建议。
Developing express services with high-speed railway is not only a good way to improve the economic benefits of high-speed railway,but also an important measure to expand market and develop new products.Considering the courier market trends and spatial distribution,based on the comprehensive analysis of foreign experience,this paper presents several viable modes.According to the characteristics of railway transport network construction and market distribution,the potential advantages of high-speed railway express business is analyzed,and the suggestions that enhance the capacity of railway express market is proposed.
