摘要
基于华侨城控股的案例研究,分析华侨城在不同成长阶段实施价值链成长模式的实践探索。结果表明:内外环境变化影响旅游企业集团动态调整价值链成长模式;多元产业价值链的融合与互补有效提高企业的综合盈利能力;跨区域规模扩张能实现规模经济效应;价值链升级能同时实现企业"竞争差异化"和"成本领先"。
This article takes the practice of overseas cities and towns as an example to analyze its value chain growth models. There are some findings: As the external environment and internal environment are constantly changing, tourism enterprises should choose appropri- ate growth mode at different life cycles. Mixed industries' value chain can efficiently improve profit rate. Region expansion can achieve scale economies effect. Value Chain Upgrading can both realize low-cost and competition differentiation.
