摘要
对粤海(国际)酒店管理集团有限公司的集中招标战略采购制度进行深入调查,结果发现:第一,集中招标采购对外必须要有一个统一的口径;第二,集中招标采购对内必须实行优化管理;第三,实行集中招标采购可以取得一系列的绩效。对于集团化的企业来说,集中采购模式的优势是形成规模经济、经验效应、品牌效应。而对于粤海(国际)酒店管理集团有限公司来说,其实行集中招标采购之后,其绩效有:降低了成本,使得公司的利润进一步上升;规范了对外的采购口径;采购工作效率提高;产品形象提升,形成品牌效应;有利于公司的管理监控等。
This present paper does an analysis of the centralized bidding procurement of hotel groups with an case study on the strategic sourcing of GDH from Canton. The research results show as following: Firstly, there has to be some uniform rules in the process of bidding procurement of hotel groups. Secondly, some internal optimization management processes should be taken in procurement bidding process. Thirdly, the centralized bidding purchasing can get a series of performance. As to the hotel groups, there are a lot of management advantages of centralized purchasing mode, such as economic of scale, experience effect, and brand effect. For Guangdong international hotel management group co. , LTD(GDH), the centralized bidding purchasing brings the following advantages: cost reduction and profit increase, standardization of outside purchasing specifications, improve- ment of purchasing efficiency, promotion of product image, and promotion of corporate image, etc.
