美国薄弱校高绩效教师素质特征及其选拔方式(下)

摘要 薄弱校改造是美国教育界持续关注的问题之一。明确薄弱校高绩效教师所具备的素质特征,严格选拔程序并有针对性地选拔适当人选到薄弱校任教,有助于实现美国薄弱校的改造和质量的提升。这对完善我国正在实施的"特岗计划"和"免费师范生计划"也有一定的启示。
