摘要
采用绝热式量热仪和恒温式量热仪两种仪器同时测定煤质样本的发热量数值,并对两种方法的精密度、准确度进行比较。结果表明,两种方法的精密度和准确度都能够达到GB/T 231—2008标准要求,而绝热式量热仪的精密度和准确度明显优于恒温式量热仪。在此基础上,对煤发热量的测定方法进行了优化研究,提出了提高试验精密度和准确度的有效手段。
Calorific values of coal samples are determined by adiabatic calorimeter and isothermal calorimeter simultaneously,on the basis of which their precision and accuracy are compared also.The results show that although both of their precision and accuracy meet the requirements of GB/T 231-2008 standard,the former is found superior to the latter.Furthermore,effective methods to improve the precision and accuracy are proposed based on optimization research on coal calorific value determination methods.
