摘要 运行经验表明,在一定范围内采用室温硫化(RTV)硅橡胶涂层可有效提高绝缘子抗污闪能力,减少污闪事故发生。但由于环境变化的多样性、电压等级和电网安全运行水平要求的提高,对涂层性能提出了更高要求。从基料结构和增强改性组分,分析了RTV硅橡胶涂料的憎水、憎污和耐老化等性能特点,指出RTV硅橡胶防污闪涂料存在的不足。结合国内外防污闪涂料的研究进展,认为采用纳米固体颗粒添加技术可有效提高防污闪涂料的综合性能;开发或筛选硅橡胶以外的基料制备新型防污闪涂料是进一步提升防污闪性能的根本;研究涂层表面缺陷与综合考虑交直流输电绝缘子表面污秽吸附及电荷积聚特性,通过优化涂料与涂层施工技术相结合,控制涂层质量,构筑具有微/纳二重结构的涂层表面,是研制新型防污闪涂层的重要发展方向。 Operating experience shows that RTV(PRTV) silicone rubber coatings have good performance of anti-pollution flashover.However,the property of RTV silicone rubber need to be improved due to diversifying of environmental pollution,development of ultra-high voltage and improvement of safety of power industry.In this paper,the hydrophobicity and aging resistance of RTV silicone rubber coatings were discussed based on the structure of binder and the composition of filler,and the disadvantage of RTV silicone rubber were proposed.It is suggested that nanoparticles can effectively improve the antipollution flashover and novel binder is the key factor to improve the overall performance of anti-pollution flashover coatings.It is necessary to understand the relation between the filth adsorption and dynamic behavior of transmission insulators surface and the surface defect of RTV silicone rubber coatings.Optimizing the coating composition and painting technique,controlling the quality of coating,and building micro/nano double surface emicrostructure are an important method to develop novel anti-pollution flashover coatings.
