摘要
重庆地区山多坡缓、临近建(构)筑物多,为了在邻近城市主城区、城镇聚集区安全高效的进行土石方开挖作业,结合重庆地区的地形、地质条件,经过理论分析和现场试验,提出了一种钻孔直径80~90 mm、钻孔深度3 m、孔网参数为3 m×2.5 m、以挖机钻为核心施工机具的大孔径浅台阶控制爆破的施工方案。该方法在重庆地区得到了良好的推广和应用,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益,可广泛应用于各种城镇石方控制爆破、基坑及深基坑开挖和大型土石方开挖等。
In order to deal with the mountain slope condition in Chongqing area,a safe and efficient rock excavation method by blasting technology was put forward. Combined with the terrain and geological conditions of Chongqing area and theoretical exploration and field test,an optimal blasting parameter was designed as borehole diameter 80 ~ 90 mm,drilling depth 3 m,holes parameter 3 m × 2. 5 m. In addition,the large aperture shallow and bench controlled blasting were also applied. Finally,good result was obtained,which could be widely used in urban rock controlled blasting,deep excavation and earthwork excavation.
