摘要 针对水环境重金属监测仪器,设计了一种智能化嵌入式软件。该仪器采用光电复合传感器芯片,包括微阵列电化学传感器和光电位寻址传感器。仪器设计了可靠稳定的通信机制与上位机进行人机交互,仪器具有智能化自检功能,能够及时反馈传感器的故障信息。在检测过程中具有自动量程功能,能够最大发挥硬件优势,同时具有误差补偿和电路异常的检测机制。仪器具有高稳定性、自动化检测的特点,并完成了在野外无人值守条件下的检测任务。 An intelligent embedded software for heavy metals detection instrument was designed. Electrochemicaloptical sensor including micro electrode array( MEA) and light addressable potentiometric sensor( LAPS) was utilized in the instrument. The instrument provides reliable interaction with the control computer,intelligent selfchecking and accurate sensor fault feedback. In the detection process,the automatic range can maximize the advantages of the hardware. It also has the function of error compensation and detection of abnormal circuit. The instrument has the characteristics of high stability,automatic detection and can complete the detection task in the case of unattended conditions.
