党的十八大以来,习近平同志多次就法治建设发表重要论述,阐述了全面推进依法治国,提高党的执政能力和科学水平的目标和路径,极大地丰富和发展了中国特色社会主义法治理论。因此,深入理解习近平依法治国理念,就要从"大局"、"大势"和"大事"中,深刻认识依法治国是我国治国理政的基本方式,坚持依宪治国、维护宪法法律权威;不断深化司法体制改革,严肃惩治司法腐败;规范权力运行,切实"把权力关进制度的笼子里"。

Since the 18 th Party congress,Xi Jinping has repeatedly made important elaboration on the legal construction.He illustrates how tomanage state affairs according to the law and the way of Enhancing the abilities of administration and the art of leadership of the party. It enriched and developed law theory of the socialism with chinese characteristics. In order to understand thoughts of ＂ administer a country according to law of Xi Jinping,we should proceed from the general interest as well as general trend of events,and should understand the strategy of administering our country by the law is basic way of governing,depending on the constitution governing and maintaining the authority of the constitution. We believe this idea that china should deepen judicial system reform and punish corruption in this field,that guarantee the effective operation of the power and lock the power in a cage.
