摘要
基于流体动力学调制,探究光流控波导的独特光学特性及其生化应用.将微流体独特的输运、扩散、离心性质应用到光波导设计中,赋予液体不同于固态光波导的奇异性质.例如以输运为主的流体特质可构造动态可调的阶跃波导;扩散明显的流体特质可构造具有独特衍射现象的渐变波导;离心性质可实现纤芯3D可调的动态波导.结合其他液体性质,光流控波导可实现传感、染料激光及颗粒分离的诸多生化应用.
The unique characters and the biochemical applications of optofluidic waveguide based on the modulation of hydrodynamics are explored. We design the waveguides by the application of the particular characters of microfluidic,such as transport property,diffusion,and centrifugation. Compared with traditional solid waveguides,optofluidic waveguides possess much more novel properties. For example,with the transport property-dominant characteristics of fluids,dynamically adjustable step-index waveguide can be constructed; with the obvious diffusion feature,gradient-index waveguide with unique diffraction phenomena can be constructed. Dynamic adjustable 3D core waveguide can be constructed using centrifugal nature. Combined with other liquid properties,optofluidic waveguide can be designed for several kinds of biochemical applications such as biosensor,dye laser,particle separation and so on.
